Agoda等海外サイトをご利用のお客様へ

 近年、Agoda等の海外予約サイトが、弊社提携サイトを経由して取得した空室情報を転売するケースが見受けられ、以下のようなトラブルが発生しております。

・予約情報がホテルに届かず、部屋が確保されていない

・予約内容（日付・部屋タイプ等）に相違がある

・ホテルへの予約通知に数日かかり、確認ができない場合がある

・宿泊料金が正規料金より大幅に高く設定されている

・キャンセル不可で販売されている

このため、Agoda等の海外予約サイト経由のご予約に関しては、必ずご自身で予約されたサイトへ直接お問い合わせくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

ホテルでは、システム上、ご予約の確認・変更・キャンセル（事前決済の返金等を含む）を承ることができません。

 お客様にはご不便をおかけし誠に申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

To Guests Who Book Through Agoda and Other Overseas Booking Sites

Recently, we have confirmed cases where overseas booking sites such as Agoda resell room availability obtained through our affiliated sites. As a result, the following issues have occurred:

– Hotel does not receive the reservation information, and the room is not secured

– Reservation details (such as dates or room types) differ from what was originally booked

– There is a delay of several days before the hotel receives reservation notification, making it difficult to confirm the booking

– Room rates are significantly higher than the official rates set by the hotel

– Reservations are sold under non-refundable conditions

Due to the above, if you have made your reservation through Agoda or other overseas booking sites, please contact the site you used directly for any inquiries.
Please note that we are unable to confirm, change, or cancel such reservations (including refunds for pre-paid bookings) due to system limitations.
